If you have a request for quotation for any metal fabrication opportunity, please be sure to include any relevant sketches, drawings (.dwg,.dxf), and notes in your request for a quotation.  Clearly label all dimensions on sketches that are to be faxed. 

Shearing

Our shears are capable of cutting through 1/4" thick steel, stainless steel, and aluminum with sizes exceeding 120" in length.

CNC punching

Our CNC punch press is capable of cutting through 1/4" thick steel, stainless steel, and aluminum with an accuracy of 0.004" over a sheet size of 50" x 144".  With a large inventory of various punches and dies, 4 auto-index rotating stations, and cutting edge design software we can quickly and easily make any parts you require. 

Quilted Stainless Steel / Quilted Aluminum (Diamond Pattern Creasing)

Our creasing machine can quilt 24 and 22 gauge stainless steel and aluminum for use as wall panels, roof panels, backsplashes, and cladding such as on our catering trucks. We also use quilted stainless steel for mobile kitchen interiors and all exterior panels on our hot dog carts. The quilted pattern helps to resist scratches and fingerprints while producing a brilliant shine.

Bending & Forming

Our powerful CNC press brakes are capable of bending 14ft lengths of heavy gauge steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.

Welding, Grinding, Polishing

Using the latest welding machinery we can weld steel, stainless steel, and aluminum with perfect seamless finishes.
